This is the English version of the Italian privacy policy of liquori.it. If the two versions differ, the Italian one prevails. liquori.it is run from Italy, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to everyone who visits the site, wherever they live.

What we collect and why
Browsing data: the servers record data that browsing the internet implies (IP address, access times, pages visited, user agent). It is used to run the site and, in aggregate form, for statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), limited to the technical logs of the hosting provider.
Age check: since the site is about alcoholic drinks, on entry we ask you to declare that you are of legal drinking age. In the English section the threshold is 21, the legal drinking age in the United States; on the Italian site it is 18. We do not ask for or store your date of birth: the system records only the confirmation and the age threshold you confirmed and, if you allow it, sets a signed technical cookie so that you are not asked again for a limited time (up to 30 days).
Usage statistics: only if you consent through the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., ID GT-WVJDVHR) for aggregate traffic analysis. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Anonymous statistics: WP Statistics collects aggregate data (with the IP address anonymized or hashed) directly on the server, with no third-party integration. Its tracking script is not loaded until you give statistics consent in the cookie banner.
Contact forms and comments: data you choose to give us (name, email, message) to handle requests or comments. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, or legitimate interest.
Cookies

Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by technical providers: hosting (Aruba S.p.A., servers in the EU/EEA) and Google Ireland Ltd. for Analytics. Transfers to countries outside the EU take place, where needed, on the basis of adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
